- overheads: To keep overheads as low as possible, we will not rent an office, but will work from home.
- make a killing: I think if we reinvest the money in our own company in a targeted and efficient manner, we can make a killing with our idea.
- revenue: Our revenue comes mainly from event organizers who rent our toilets.
- strings attached: There are a lot of strings attached to the obtaining of a patent.
- forecast: At the moment it is very difficult to make a forecast about the order volume for the next year.

Here´s just one suggestion (I wouldn´t use "obtaining" as a noun here ...).
- strings attached: There are a lot of strings attached to the obtaining of a patent. (TO THE PATENT APPLICATION PROCESS?!)

-We have to deal with relatively highy overheads as we made a decision to open a flagship-store and as result had to accept a high rental fee.
-Effort-lace hopes to make a killing after scaling up production and reducing the retail price
- in our project products can be purchased in the store, but we plan on generating the vast amount of our revenue online.
- foreign sales and distribution partners have to respect the initial partnership contract, they can hire a sales or marketing team or open their own store, no strings attached.
-according to our analyst, the revenue forecast is at 3 Mio $ if we manage to sell 25 000 packages in 2020.
